The victory was fueled by a rally from a 22-point deficit midway through the fourth quarter. This effort marked the biggest playoff comeback for the Knicks and the largest fourth-quarter comeback in a playoff game since April 2012.
Jalen Brunson led the New York offense with 38 points to spark the comeback. The Knicks now hold a 1-0 lead in the series as they host the Cavaliers.
